At Wholesome Wellness, we want every customer to feel supported, informed, and confident when shopping with us. Because some orders are processed and fulfilled through trusted fulfillment partners, all return and refund requests must be reviewed and approved before any resolution is issued.

Return and Refund Review Window
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report an issue with an order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund may be available.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or return approval. Each request is reviewed based on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, available order evidence, supplier requirements, carrier tracking, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us at support@wholesomewellnessstore.com within 14 days of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please provide:
Order number
Full name and email used at checkout
Clear photos or videos of the item
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
A written description of the issue
Any tracking or delivery concerns
We may request additional information if needed. If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the issue:
Replacement item

Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself, slight cosmetic variations, normal color differences caused by lighting or screen settings, or small differences that do not impact product function.
Return Approval Required
Do not send any item back without first contacting Wholesome Wellness and receiving written return approval.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, processed, refunded, or returned to the customer. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Because some items are fulfilled through third party supplier warehouses, the return address may be different from the address on the original package. Customers should never send an item back to the sender address on the package unless we have specifically confirmed that address in writing.
Eligibility for Approved Returns
To be eligible for an approved return, the item must generally be returned:
In the same condition that you received it
Unused and unworn
Unopened where applicable
With tags, seals, inserts, accessories, and original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are used, opened, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, missing parts, missing packaging, or returned without approval may not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, certain items are not eligible for return once opened, used, worn, unsealed, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Non returnable items may include lip care products, beauty products, body care products, personal care items, aromatherapy or essential oil products, massage and recovery tools that have been opened or used, items that come into direct contact with the skin, mouth, face, body, or hair, gift cards, digital products, downloadable products, customized or personalized items, final sale items, and sale or clearance items unless required by law.
Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, preference based concerns, incorrect color or size selection, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, refused packages, unclaimed packages, products damaged after delivery, items opened or used after delivery, slight color variations caused by lighting or screen settings, or minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, customs delays, weather, holidays, address issues, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement unless there is sufficient evidence of a fulfillment or carrier issue. Customers may be required to contact the local carrier, postal office, or delivery service to obtain additional information or a non delivery confirmation.
Wholesome Wellness is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they begin processing.
Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@wholesomewellnessstore.com.
Because order processing may begin shortly after purchase, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request a cancellation.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us at support@wholesomewellnessstore.com within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
If an exchange or replacement is approved, we will provide next steps by email.
For preference based exchanges, such as wanting a different color, style, or size, approval is not guaranteed. The item must be eligible, unused, unopened where applicable, and approved in writing before any return or exchange process begins.
If you want a different product and your return is approved, the fastest option is to place a new order after your approved return or refund has been completed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified error with the order, a defective item, an incorrect item, or another issue where applicable law requires otherwise.
Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the refund is due to a verified fulfillment error, defective item, incorrect item, or another issue where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a return is approved, we may require the customer to purchase their own return shipping label and provide tracking information. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address during return shipping.
If a refund is approved for an international order, currency conversion fees, bank fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier fees may not be refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If a return is required as part of the approval process, the refund will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.
A refund request is not considered approved until Wholesome Wellness confirms approval in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or store credit if the request does not meet the requirements of this policy or if the item is not eligible for return.
International Orders
Wholesome Wellness may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any apartment number, unit number, postal code, province, region, or other delivery information required by the destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import related charges required by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, regional restrictions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has shipped, Wholesome Wellness cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
If an international package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs fees, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Wholesome Wellness may not be able to issue a refund. If a refund is approved, original shipping charges, customs charges, return shipping costs, and any related carrier fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
All international return requests must be approved in writing before any item is shipped back. Customers should not return items to the sender address on the package unless Wholesome Wellness has confirmed that return address in writing.
International customers are responsible for approved return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified fulfillment error, defective item, incorrect item, or another issue where applicable law requires otherwise.
Wholesome Wellness is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, restrictions, or delivery failures caused by customs agencies, import regulations, or local delivery requirements in the destination country.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws in their country or region.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If you are a customer located in the European Union and your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at support@wholesomewellnessstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to cancel or return your purchase under the European Union cooling off period.
Items must be returned in the same condition received, unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, with original packaging, tags, seals, inserts, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Certain goods may be excluded from the European Union cooling off period, including but not limited to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalized goods, customized goods, perishable goods, digital products once accessed or downloaded where applicable, and other items excluded under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise or Wholesome Wellness agrees otherwise in writing.
If your European Union return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will process the refund according to applicable consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Final Review
Wholesome Wellness reserves the right to review each return, refund, replacement, cancellation, and exchange request individually.
We may deny requests that are incomplete, unsupported by evidence, submitted outside the required review window, related to non returnable items, caused by customer error, or otherwise not eligible under this policy.
