At Wholesome Wellness, we carefully process each order so your wellness favorites can arrive safely and smoothly. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Because some products are fulfilled through trusted fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times may vary based on the product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed unless clearly stated at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, Wholesome Wellness cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier delays, customs delays, weather, holidays, regional restrictions, high order volume, address issues, or fulfillment partner processing.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing or shipping timeframe, Wholesome Wellness will provide an update when required and may offer available options, which may include continuing with the order, selecting an alternative resolution, or canceling the unshipped order for a refund where required by law.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package has been shipped. Some carriers may not scan packages immediately, especially during high volume shipping periods.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Wholesome Wellness is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Wholesome Wellness may not be able to issue a refund or replacement unless there is sufficient evidence of a fulfillment or carrier issue.
Customers may be required to contact the local carrier, postal office, or delivery service to obtain additional information or a non delivery confirmation.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or missing, please contact us at support@wholesomewellnessstore.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the tracking details and may request additional documentation before determining whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or carrier investigation may be available.
Wholesome Wellness is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Shipping
Wholesome Wellness may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment number, unit number, postal code, province, region, or other delivery information required by the destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import related charges required by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, regional restrictions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Wholesome Wellness is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, restrictions, or delivery failures caused by customs agencies, import regulations, or local delivery requirements in the destination country.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs fees, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Wholesome Wellness may not be able to issue a refund.
If a refund is approved, original shipping charges, customs charges, return shipping costs, and any related carrier fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
